1. Materials

1. Put the small pieces of fruit cake and cocoa powder in a food processor, blend well, add the mini milk chocolate chips and continue to blend until combined.
2. Take about 15 grams of dough (1) and knead it into a ball with a smooth surface, lightly place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.


3. Use both red and green candied cherries to make holly berries and holly leaves. Red cherries cut into small pieces with a knife represent holly berries, and green cherries cut into strips represent holly leaves.
4. Pour the dark chocolate beans into a bowl, heat it in the microwave for one minute, take it out and stir slowly, heat it again after 30 seconds, take it out and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour in 3 grams of vegetable oil and stir until combined.

7. Melt the white chocolate beans in the same way as in 4, pour in 1 gram vegetable oil and stir until combined. Spoon a little white chocolate sauce over the top of the lollipop cake, being careful not to completely cover the dark chocolate icing. Garnish with 2 green cherry holly leaves and one red cherry holly.
